A Republican who unsuccessfully challenged Rep. Maxine Waters, D-La, for her seat in November 2020 is seeking approximately $100,000 in the veteran politician and her committee for attorneys’ costs and prices linked to his libel and slander lawsuit against her which was reinstated on attractiveness. Plaintiff Joe E. Collins III alleged the eight
